Waiting for stimulus spending to begin on construction projects. This company will be a beneficiary.

With the current stimulus underway, there will be a need for building materials. While a small part of VMC's materials are residential construction too, that will have to sit awhile. But I feel that other construction projects will make VMC's profits in the next 6-12 months.

This company's performance will beat the S+P as long as Obama keeps pumping in the money. Afterward, it will track the S&P and fall when it crashes again.
