+ Watch VRNG
on My Watchlist
Just to watch...a settlement potentially coming down the road with Google that may be big.
Sooo many patents - sooo many wins in court.
just waiting for the coming settlement with Google.
win by law you win the game to be 1st on 50 pations.
VRNG already won big. Delayed real payoff on bad jury math which will be overturned. Google has implemented work-around and Google searches are significantly less accurate than before, it'll be cheaper to pay the peanuts to VRNG then lose market share due to an inferior search engine.
Great catalysts going forward. Winning legal battles against Google and ZTE. The owner of key patents purchased from both Nokia and Microsoft. Finally, great legal minds that can recognize valuable patents, and the ability and talent to monetize them. Also, strategic alliances with the likes of Virginia Tech, and most recently Infomedia. An undiscovered diamond in the rough.
Vringo (VRNG) vs. Google (GOOG): Vringo won a jury judgment that Google infringed Vringo search patents. Google bullies IP owners and holders into 1x payments for licensing agreements. That is what Google wanted, and failed to get, from Vringo. Google has tried every trick in the book to undermine the jury verdict. "VRNG has been winning the USPTO battle with GOOG, and I am confident VRNG will continue to do so. I am certain VRNG wins the appeal on the Judge's flawed latches ruling. A latches ruling win, all by itself, could net Vringo $450 million from Google for past infringement. Vringo has multiple irons in the fire. VRNG vs. ZTE: Vringo offered ZTE (a Chinese phone handset manufacturer) a licensing agreement to prepay two years licensing fees to avoid accountability for previous infringement damages. In December, the German court will issue its ruling on VRNG's patent infringement case against ZTE there. VRNG has won an injunction in India against ZTE's infringement. Vringo has cases pending in other countries against ZTE. Wins for Vringo, could bring in $1 to 2 billion USD to the bottom line of Vringo, popping the VRNG share price, with bonus short squeeze above $12 per share. The shorts have appeared to be so single mindedly focused on the VRNG-GOOG battle, I am certain any ZTE licensing agreement WILL force the shorts to wake up and smell the coffee." It'll take nearly 17 days, or a balloons up, high volume short squeeze day, for the shorts to cover every last share ... Check it out:http://bit.ly/PJpE9u Settlement Date, Short Int, Avg Daily Share Vol, Days To Cover 10/31/2013 -- 19,530,501 -- 1,165,957 -- 16.750619
This stock is building momentum.Need to ride it up.
In process of going from red ink to black, with insider ownership up-trended.
So many great upcoming catalysts.
on the verge of settlement with Microsoft, Google and ZTE.
Strong play on intellectual property investing.Innovator and creator of many patents vital to online commerce and cell phone networks. Will blossom larger than VHC within next few years.Having team that beat Blackberry for over 600$ million in a long battle.
VRNG will rise as they chalk up more court wins.
I am behind these young companies that fight like pitbulls for their rights to their patents and inventions.
Increase off the Google lawsuit or possible buyout.
This 'patent play' is in its virginal months and the upside potential cannot be overlooked.
Patent portfolio massively undervalued. Infringement case against Google and clients worth $1B+. Recent purchase of Nokia patents allow them to litigate/license other infringers. Small float. Risk/reward favors big move to upside
Lawsuits could lead to high settlements
Massive IP portfolio will give Google a headache
Even if the lawsuit fails, this stock should rise purely on the rumors.
