Leading provider of services for acquisitions (from planning and design to plumbing). Great balance sheet ($150M in cash, or $7 per share), trading at 2.5x EBITDA. Long-term it's in a growing GDP-rate sector, and even though the revenues might decline next year (lag to the economy due to big exhibitions being planned several years in advance) , the profit drop should not be very significant (~5% revenues and profit drop in 2003, growth afterwards). Stock should be trading at $30+ at fair value, however might take a while to materialize because the company is not covered by the street.

I've been working for this company on the exhibitor side for over 8 years now. Our balance sheet is strong and we basically have no debt. Wish I could tell you more about new contracts that we've locked for 5 years...you're just going to have to trust me on this.

Strong cash flow, low debt, five star caps. The PE of 10 should provice some protection from losses, and earnings are up strongly as of last quarter. We shall see.
