Lots to dislike - poor quarter at Shop NBC, workforce reduction - but believe current $4.20 price discounts much of this news. Company is likely survivor - debt free with roughly 40% of current market cap in cash (buyback in place). Believe new CEO likely encouraged "kitchen sink" quarter, positioning for better relative results over next couple of years. Not looking for quick money on this one, but likely to stablize around $4 and provide at least market returns going forward.
