one of the best managed, well capitalized small banks; serving asians, particularly koreans in LA and elsewhere in the southwest, aggressively but carefully expanding to Flushing, NY and beyond; FDIC favored this gem with recent low risk/high reward takeover. heavy commercial exposure has kept the stock south of its value. but risk to Wilshire is more moderate to relatively low given conservative loan to value on properties.

Nice bank whose stock is bouncing along the bottom, waiting for any reason to start a nice climb.
