Phenomenal company that provides great upside for price appreciation but also a nice dividend while you wait for the price increase.

Great dividend, which it typical of rural telcom companies.

CEO Jeff Gardner says. "It is very hard these days being a small rural telecom." That tells me that the dividend might not continue much longer.
