Crack spreads have absolutely destroyed this company/all refiners recently. There is a nice write up on this for those not familiar here,

It recently reported a $40.4 M loss for its 1Q despite high oil prices, making their shares to fall. Wait a while before been bullish about this one...

just about every one of my favourite caps allstars has greenthumbed this yet are down many points.
i looked at the financials, this appears to be a bit undervalued. a good pick.
