I would not be surprised to see Valero scoop this one up soon. Especially if they successfully sell Delaware City and/or Aruba.

If Obama succeeds in putting the import fee on non-tree-hugger overseas refineries it would put America back in the oil business and not be a business crippled by environmental thugs.

It would be a win-win situation for Valero and Western if they joined forces, even with the debt VLO would have to absorb.

Price range 4.60-4.67 for a total of 370.2 K
Today you could buy WNR for 4.31 a share.
Earning report March 4.
If I lose money on this bet, I will throw my computer
out of my window and buy beer for the rest of my money. And never ever return to the stock market.
This is buying one dollar for 50 cent!!!
