When the demand for refined oil products goes back up in the next few years, this company may or may not do well; it is too early to tell...

However, in the short term, and especially according to the 2Q earnings call, it seems that profit… More

Out of favor refiner has gone down since March 2009, but its value will likely become apparent in 2 to 5 years.
