This is the best International Real Estate play I have found in an ETF format. Low expense ratio. Good exposure to both Japan and Hong Kong, other Int. ETF's seem to have an unhealthy exposure to Australia. Looks like a good time to get in, and the best reason is that they are not making any more land. I only wish it had a heavier dividend but around 3 % is decent.

A bit of a risky one (Property bubble ?) but this is a little spread out from a pure property investment play. It includes property management etc.

It is also a bit of a bet against the dollar because it is international property.
