It's time for an international recovery in real estate. By the trend in this ETF since april, it looks like it's beginning overseas.

Low correlation to US equities. Helped by declining dollar.

This is a global REIT. Global real estate prices have been going through the roof, even in countries like Philippines (where I recently spent a couple of months). Also, the dollar still has a way to fall, which should help WPS short term.

A bit of a risky one (Property bubble ?) but this is a little spread out from a pure property investment play. It includes property management etc.

It is also a bit of a bet against the dollar because it is international property.

REITs historically have shown low correlation with Large Cap stocks. Selecting international REITs should reduce the correlation further. WPS should perform similarly to RWX with a slightly lower expense ratio.
