This is the only real estate company I feel good about. The DC metro area is still booming with jobs and lots of money flowing through it. I don't see the housing market suffering for too much longer over there.

I have followed this stock for more than twenty years. I am convinced that it will continue to outperform the S&P 500. I have written plenty of tuition checks from the proceeds from this stock.

I should have rated this stock when I bought in three weeks ago but from then it is up over $4.00 a share. I see this company having a rocky mid year return but finish off strong by years end. I am looking for a exit point of $41.15-$42.85 IMO.

It's amazing how many buildings Wash REIT owns in this area. . . including the World Bank. Washington commercial real estate will not deflate like residential property appears to be doing nationwide, and WRE has a strong rep for boosting its dividend.
