Oil is poised to bounce back soon and this is an under-valued pick for sure given the earnings. Free cash flow should rebound.

There are many reasons to like WTI:
* Strong history of growth and solid growth estimates moving forward.
* Very cheap vs peers and vs overall market.
* Price on a recent downturn due to oil being only $63 (!) a barrel. For some reason I'm thinking that oil is just going to get more expensive.
* The oil industry has been beaten down over the last few months. In fact oil exploration has been the slowest sector: http://biz.yahoo.com/tm/061215/15197.html?.v=2
This is a very good thing - in times of great economic boom, the oil industries usually lag hard, but when recession hits, the oil industry skyrockets. Given all the talk about the impending recession but the continual boom of the market, WTI is a good play.
* Forbes ranks WTI as #45 on its 2006 best small companies list. Unlike most of the companies on the list, WTI has remained close to their picking price.
* WTI is stunningly efficient. Calculate its EBITDA margin and compare to its competitors to see.
* Dave Hanson aka TMFmmbop (aka TMF's resident small cap expert) bought real life shares of WTI. If he bought close to when he took his CAPS position, he's down by a bit. Here's a chance to outgain the fools.
* I just bought into this stock in real life, spending $10k on it. That's the best point of all on why to buy.
