Though short term through beginning of 07 stock may continue to trend lower. Rates will rise and consolidation will continue to lower costs.
Over expansion is a concern, but should be a slight drag as they continue to bring in new buisnesses and increase cash flow from rate increases, at inflation plus, something not too many other buisnesses can do without major innovation challenges.

Water is in short supply and getting worse. This company made me 50% about a year ago and I think they are ready to rise again. They are paying a 2.71% div while you wait. They just bough Foster Septic Services which gives them new avenues for growth, and expect them to be accretive to earnings right away. There is a high short interest at this time which might make for a quick jump in price, so watch it closely.

Continuing dividend payer, growth through acquisition, With Dividend reinvestment this should fund retirement in 5-7 years

The company continues to make acquisitions to maintain growth which will lead to higher revenue and thus earnings. It pays a dividend to say, "Hang in there" we're going to be the one to own in the future.
