We need water no matter what the bear market says. WTS is trading at it's 52 week low and I will go with it here at this price.

Numbers look pretty poor. Like ITRI- I like the industry. but minimal FCF, a pitiful balance sheet and negative revenue growth. don't know what people see in this thing besides 'potential'

Looks to have been outperforming the S&P over the past months, and I would expect it to outperform in the future
