UFC has for a long time been increasing in popularity and continues to do all the right things to grow in fan base and support. I don't see that trend changing anytime and that makes it very difficult for WWE to grow.

An excellent dividend and I also think the brands world wide appeal is very underrated. I believe the brand can grow.

Yes, I chose the WWE. Why? Well, it goes back to my childhood and watching the classic stars of Hulk Hogan, Junk Yard Dog, Jimmy Superfly, Ricky the Dragon Steamboat, and I could on and on. But I digress. This entertainment company is growing in the US market and International market. Recently the WWE increased the dividend for the stock holders to 50%...you really can't say that much about other companies out there to do the same. Its a company that is under the radar and will continue to be under the scope of investors. But not this one.

I don't think the bad press will hurt them (any press is good press, right?) as much as the increasing amount of competition from the likes of UFC and other extreme fighting ventures. Pro wrestling became increasingly popular with the downfall of boxing, but now that void has been filled. The wrestling "industry" is a sinking ship.

WWE is always creating new ways for viewers to be interactive. Within a few years, WWE will outperform.

Increased media outlets and acceptance for product. Flagship event will be held at 60,000+ seat stadium in April 07 Slight bias towards a form of entertainment, it may be the downfall of my CAPS portfolio.

Dividend yield over 9% and consistent with stay-at-home entertainment theme due to rising food & gas prices and economic uncertainties.

Great dividend and solid returns. If the economy continues to soften, at home entertainment, such as Television viewing, is a potential bolster for this stock.

WWE has and always will have a very loyal fan base. Generations of people have grown up with this form of entertainment, making it a family affair to be shared, and will continue to do so. As an investment, an 8% dividend is high enough to entice most investors looking for a cash generator with a lower risk than most.

Undervalued. This stock not only has a good dividend at its current price, but has room for modest growth as well. These guys aren't going anywhere.
