Your time frame - A guideline for other members to see whether your thinking is short or long-term. Time frame is also used to calculate the stock rating, but is not used in the scoring of your pick.

Your pitch - Here's your chance to offer more detailed thoughts, analysis, concerns, or the rationale behind your call. The pitch is optional and may be added later.

The tremendous growth thus seen in the waste management sector is going nowhere even in the face of a recession this summer. Bill Gates sure called this sector a few years ago when he invested gobs of money into it becuase he saw an oppertunity. Well, folks that oppertunity is still there, and I see...More

One person trash is another's persons treasure. Waste is a big business here in the US. WWIN has the right idea, recycling is the way to go.

Bill Gates sure called this sector a few years ago when he invested gobs of money into it becuase he saw an oppertunity. Well, folks that oppertunity is still there, and I see this entire sector continuing up. The laughable P/E of all of these companies will soon disappear. Time to jump on board if you haven't already.

Being sued doesn't mean a whole lot to me. I am certain that lots of buisnesses are being sued right now. They should be prepared for the situation. Looking to merge is a sign that they are looking to grow. I like growth so I am happy to hear this.

Trash is great, we all have soma and we all need to get rid of it. This company is ready to help us out wheter we want to throw it in a dump, burn it or recycle it. I see their service areas as growth areas. If you can make money hauling anything in the mountains you could probably make even more money hauling on flatter land so growth will probably suit them well. I also like their service area because all of these are hard areas to operate in. If they are making it here where people can be slow to trust new things, poverty can be a problem and the population is less dense, at least for the east coast, then this is a company that knows something about how to stick. I'm willing to throw in with them for now.

with the green people it's an everyday quest to recyle and where best but with waste. People continuing too give there recyclables away for free how can't it not succeed. Younger americans more consous of what they throw away.
