good business plan & management, good hotels.

Wyn again blew out street numbers. My wife worked their until recently, we moved to Peru, but she was in the timeshare area, that has lagged since the recovery began, now they are bullish there, so I think bigger things to come. Only wish I had picked up under 3 bucks, had 2 chances, but hind site,, well.... And My wife was bullish in March 09! Me I waited to buy until 10 bucks.. doh.......

I've been praising REIT's this whole year and I completely forgotten about the major hotel chains!! I'm 6 months late into hotels, but business CANNOT get any worst than it already is.... only better!

Well this has been a great ride hasn't it? I bought this all the way back at 3 bucks and you know what? I'd still be a buyer! Granted, it's not the absolute steal it was back in March (what is?) but I think it's going to 30+ and the recent earnings report gives me confidence we're going to hit that price.

They have a great portfolio of hotel and motels. I think this sector will improve as consumer spending becomes stronger. They are trading well below their book value.

Has properties in almost all part of USA.

This is the kind of stock you look for in today's economy! Its an economic sleeper! The travelers on the road today are not going to stay at a Marriott or Hilton they're going to pull in to a Super 8 or Ramada! And I guarantee you that any company that has business people on the road are going to forgo the high end hotels for a budget priced hotel? Gas is cheap and people are going to travel so you better get you some of this and hang on....This company has a very profitable Hotel Franchise business and another company that collects fees for making reservations for all the timeshare owners in the world! So why all the focus on there timeshare business? Last time I checked the timeshare business was being graced with the presence of Disney, Hilton, Marriott and all the top hotel companies so even it they can't get new buyers financed I'll bet the ones they sold are showing up! This company has a very mature Executive team from the looks of it and its obviously not there first Rodeo! This is a good horse to put some money on....safe money says buy Wyndham Worldwide and have something good to talk about this fall!
