WYN will be $18-$20 in two months or so ($12.67 today).
Just tomorrow (on 7/29/09) should be up around 20%.

They have a great portfolio of hotel and motels. I think this sector will improve as consumer spending becomes stronger. They are trading well below their book value.

This is the kind of stock you look for in today's economy! Its an economic sleeper! The travelers on the road today are not going to stay at a Marriott or Hilton they're going to pull in to a Super 8 or Ramada! And I guarantee you that any company that has business people on the road are going to forgo the high end hotels for a budget priced hotel? Gas is cheap and people are going to travel so you better get you some of this and hang on....This company has a very profitable Hotel Franchise business and another company that collects fees for making reservations for all the timeshare owners in the world! So why all the focus on there timeshare business? Last time I checked the timeshare business was being graced with the presence of Disney, Hilton, Marriott and all the top hotel companies so even it they can't get new buyers financed I'll bet the ones they sold are showing up! This company has a very mature Executive team from the looks of it and its obviously not there first Rodeo! This is a good horse to put some money on....safe money says buy Wyndham Worldwide and have something good to talk about this fall!

Diversified revenue stream both geographically and by business type (e.g. multiple brands at different price points, time share fee revenue) with strong brand equity across various markets makes this for an interesting play in the hospitality sector.

This is the Wal-Mart of hotel chains. As the ecomony gets tougher, travelers may stop splurging on 5-star hotels and step down to economy hotel chains such as Days Inn and Super 8.

Debt is high, but with a book value of $20/share and trading at about half the PEG and PE ratios from its peers, it appears there is some safety and value at $18 a share.

I'd like to be in their resort on St Thomas right now but I'm betting even the rich are going to slow down along with the rest of us. Financials don't look great lots of debt, will take a long time to pay it off with profit,, only 6 years of financials, I'd have bet that Wyndham has been around a lot longer than 6 years. Thumbs down for a few weeks on this one
