Power house company with a nice balance sheet with lots of free cash flow. I believe their stock is taking a beating due to the bad publicity of BP and their stock has taken some of the hit because they are in the same industry. Stock has been beaten down over the past couple months and they just posted great profits. Industry as a whole has done well the past quarter with the rise of oil. Continue to see that path and XOM to turn out profits. They may even take some market share from BP due to the oil spil. Great stock at a nice discount. Scoop it up and hold!

While being the highest quality stock of the major oil industry, XOM long has been a relative underperformer. In addition, most economists seem to think we're in for slow growth for the next year or two. This doesn't bode well for the oil indurty.

Near 52 week low, collateral damage from BP oil spill. Throw in the dividend and the inevitable rise when gas hits $4/gallon again and the oil spill blows over and you have a winner.
