Oversold on news of partial nationalization which doesn't actually change the fundamentals. In fact it aligns the government's interests with removing barriers that stand in its way. The P/E ratio is insanely low.

Carlos Slim amped up his stake. The price of YPF hasn't been in this low of a range since 2002. The div is high. And this is one of the biggest oil companies I know of in Argentina, so don't see them going out of business anytime soon.
