This is the smallest of the storage reits.. It has acquired more space and has done well for me.

YSI is another stock whose price is too low. Everyone has to use storage units from time to time. It shoule return to a prce above $5.00 before the end of the year.
but of course anyone can make that prediction these days as all of the stocks selling way below what they should be.

This appears to be a very safe stock that is underpriced. I feel it could drop some more but will just be following the market if it does. Upside looks to be double.
