Here's some high-tech financial analysis:

They are a multi-level travel agency...you can be a travel-agent too. How can anyone honestly believe that this is an opportunity for growth? Anyone with internet service can book flights, hotels, and rental cars (do I sound too much like William Shatner here?) without paying for an online travel agent to do this...

Travelzoo, Priceline, etc. are suffering and they don't pay-out commissions to a multi-level sales organization...YTB will dive deeper than hotels.com and recover slower than any of these other online travel portals...

Sorry gang...thumbs down, way way down.

This is a new company which faces many competitors that don't like its new style of running things. The road may look bumpy now, but it will get better and excel over time.
