Been watching this one for quite some time and see a lot of room for growth overseas. I'm also a customer and a strong believer in their brands.

China + KFC = Win. Chinese people love sitting down at a clean place where the food is at least sorta good. Chicken is very popular and KFC is being smart about diversifying their menu. KFC is positioned to be THE American fast food seller in China.
Recs
Better global positioning and marketing stategy than its competitiors, plus wider diversity of brands

Yum is going into a new market with a vengeance. China will put a great deal of money in the pockets of this stock and increase it's growth potential three fold in the course of the next five years.

Yum is to Asia what McDonalds is to the USA. Watch them as they invest billions to expand in China and elsewhere.
Recs
They need to get their international expansion right, given the gloomy forecasts for consumer spending in the more developed nations. They have a head-start in China (even over McDonald's) and big plans for India, and I'm making this pick in the belief that management will fully capitalise on that head-start and on the growing middle classes in China and India.
Recs
I've been to several Asian countries and most american fast food restaurants seem to be a dinning out experience of rthem.

According to my calculations, it is near the intrinsic value, has a solid model and great opportunities in the asian market... well a solid buy

It is a conservative stock in the USA, and all the richest kids in China eat there --- buy whatever rich kids in China are buying.
