In the last year Zeus has taken on $80M in debt; their debt is now $90M. Plus so far in 2008 they've added $130M in inventory. All the steel companies have been converting cash to inventory this year. And now that the price of steel is on a downward… More

The steel industry is not doing especially well right now, and it doesn't look to get any better with the U.S. economy already in the tank and currently on the verge of another plunge. The fact that ZEUS may be issuing up to $200 million of new stock over the next couple of years will dilute any earnings they may actually manage to come up with.

With the excessive money printing by the Fed and money spending by the government, inflation will return soon along with higher interest rates to follow. ZEUS is in a good position for this with existing assets and low debt.
