I was walking through the mall with my Girlfriend yesterday, and was talking about clothing retail stocks. When I passed by the store Zumiez, i went inside for a quick look. The store was empty, while aeropostale, and abercombie next door were loaded with Teens. Not only is the name stupid, but the clothes in there sucked. I then told her, wow i wish this company had a stock so i could short it.

Well guess what??? they do have a stock and I'm shorting the hell out of it on Caps, and Real life...

The general trend of economy will drag the apparel market which will be suffering until the economy shows a solid sign of rebound as hopefully the current administration will no longer is in control. So America will be free Again.

Not a particularly strong market as designers are doted on a whim by whomever is popular at the time or whomever has the best advertising. Overpricing and overstocking within the marketplace can drop the bottom out from under your shorts, shoes....

If they are counting on a good Christmas season then these guys are going to hell in hand basket. All retailers are doing to be down this season including these guys.

Echo the other underperformers out there, but now P/E is 71. A dangerous high for an esxtablished brand to be expected to maintain, and I think the rapid growth stage is already over for ZUMZ.

ill short this all the way to 20. teen retailing is cut-throat. ZUMZ was "in" over the summer. will it be "in" in a year? dont think. short short short!

This company has abandoned relationships with existing vendors that they admit have been exemplary. This displays an arrogance and carelesness on the part of management. I am very concerned about the results of the decisions they will make going forward.

ZUMZ is too expensive even at todays uner $22 price. Margin of safety will be there if it ever hits about $18.
