Should we blame fundamental analysis or TMF analysts for this disaster?

Back in the May of 2010, in the "Wall Street's By List" article, one of the TMF analysts was having lots of fun "bashing" my SFI outperform pick.

You probably know who Peter Shiff is: The guy who likes to point out everywhere he can that he was right predicting the housing crisis, the dollar's collapse, the boom in gold, the end of the world, etc.

Dear TMF, Why did you stop following Magnetek (MAG)?

For some reason, you stopped tracking MAG (Magnetek Inc.).
For a few months now, it's daily chance in price is shown as (0%). In my CAPS portfolio, MAG is frozen at $9.00, and MAG is currently at $18.27 (100 points difference).
I e-mailed you about this a couple of months ago (when MAG was at $12) through "contact us"tab, but never heard back ...

Should I patent this thing or what?

Recently, I slightly adjusted my stock-picking method (as reported here) - and here is what I see so far.
Since second part of December (I had a gap in CAPS stock picking from 12/6 to 12/19), I picked 49 stocks, with 40 of them still being open (9 closed).
Being aware of some of his past predictions on market movement's, I've learned to respect chk999 as someone who has a pretty good feel for when the market is ready for a pullback (overvalued) or for a rally (undervalued).
Today, I was very pleased to see that chk999 is bullish right...

Before I start with my 2012 predictions, let me first tell you why you are smart to read my 2012 predictions: Portfolio of 11 stocks, which I picked as best plays for 2011, returned a whooping -17% in 2011.
Now, I know that comparing this to S&P 500's return in 2011 (pretty much 0%), negative 17% might not look like much, but comparing to
For the last two years or so, every time DOW was going down and gold up, we would hear about DOW/Gold ratio finally getting to its "normal" 1:1 value.
We've seen numbers range from DOW $4,000 / Gold $4,000 to DOW $9,000 / Gold $9,000.
It looks like goldbugs' 1-to-1 ratio wish might finally...

Next time you think you shouldn't bother investing 150 bucks, think again.

If you think you can't make any money by investing $150 in stocks, I'm with you (especially, if you have to pay your broker $10 or something like that). Spending it in a nice restaurant sounds like a much better investment, doesn't it?
However, there is one stock that is trying its hardest to change my mind. Maybe you've heard of it: Inhibitex (INHX).
