I have made no secret of the fact that my portfolio here is one that I play with, buying and selling, chasing the market.  I try out ultra ETF's and the stocks that others talk about as a hope that somewhere along the way, my score will go back up to something closer to where it used to be. (I no longer am shooting for getting my 99.6 or 99.7% back,  I was thrilled to make it into the 60% group earlier this week.)  Then I get frustrated and ignore the entire thing, focusing on my real life trading instead.  This is not the way to manage a CAPS account, but it is my account and I am stuck with the result of my actions.  [more]
