Bail Out Big Wigs

If the Government is going to bail out the big wigs for screwing up royally, then a measly $12,000 would certainly bail me out as well.  I hear it will cost each tax payer in America $2,200.  If I had $2,200 today it would bail me out for a half a year.  Hell, I could buy a new cell phone and help the economy.
