On October 28th, 2008 the stock market bottomed.  On that day, the S&P gained 10+ percent.  Until that point, things looked bleak.  Several attempts at rallies had been thwarted, many of the worst days in Wall Street history were still firmly in our memory as recent events, and I made a mistake.  [more]
