Management seems to be willing to try different
strategies of retailing with emphasis on cost control
and customer consideration. In this bleak time for
clothing retailing sales are still enough to produce
a profit. The customer satisfaction level is high when
considering the results of the loyal customer program.
Any increase in sales has quick results on bottom line.
