Don't want to admit it, but just about every foreign ETF with some quality should beat the S & P, first of all the US market downturn, is expected and second foreign exposure is a vogue driving up the demand, possibly more than it should be.

Since we're coming down in the US right now, foreign stocks are up wrt the S&P500. And what goes up must come down. Short term short.

This one feels like a bit of a gamble, but I think it should pay off in the long run (I'd look at EWZ if you are looking for similar investment with higher risk/return). This is one fund that will outperform the market for many years to come. With the focus of their holdings in industrial, energy, and telecommunications, the companies held by ILF will be in high demand as Latin America continues to grow and develop.
