Got stuck with it when they bought out Weingarten Real Estate Investment Trust.
Oh well. They contribute a little money. I have lots of little dividends and now, after working on this since 2016, I have quite a few mid to high double digit dividends coming in every month, too.
And one triple digit one. Smokers are paying me almost $9 a week. My annual MO dividend income works out to $34.10 a month.
Recs
Traffic at shopping centers should improve as vaccines and therapeutics bring an end to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Recs
Nice yield, improving business, and not as impacted by enclosed malls as the retail sector changes.
