I believe the following will put near term pressure on KLAC results:





1) legal settlement - stock option backdating


2) growth will continue to decline. Evidence for further deterioration can be seen in declining revenue levels as well.


3) A/R declining...More

KLAC will ride that wave.

3) A/R declining as well (could be indication of declining future revenue)


4) "Challenging CapEx environment" (direct quote from last conf call)


5) financials in general lag industry comparisons
