MRVC has never had a profitable year and only survives through share dilutions. Cannot trust management that helps themselves to investor capital to enrich themselves.

Too much intrinsic value and bad news priced in at $2.60 today. STRONG BUY, worth sitting on even if the Luminent spinoff does not happen until Summer 08. Stock will easily double at that point based on fundamental value and sales.

Tech Speculation. MRVC dominates the market with what it makes, I have alos heard through the tech vine, that the next version (Internet 2) will be fiberbased, speeds up to 12 gigs (maybe a little less) not to mention that is the next powerplay for telecom. Currunt cycle I would say would be sometime next year. (Based cycle every two years with a major change).

This stock could potentially lose another 10% before it bounces, but with a -12% day today, the entry point is just too juicy to ignore. I place target one at $3.25, target two at $3.58, and target three at $3.94.
