This is a great diversified company. Investors have been somewhat dismayed with management in the past, so I'm encouraged that Carl Icahn is buying stock. He could possibly shake things up for the positive here.

What about FCF? It´s not that important anymore? Last year this company made 292 million cash flow from operating but needed 479 millions for CAPEX. I know there are some adjustments to be made but, roughly, that´s is
-187 million FCF. Not a onetime

Had quite a good run recently but it is still cheap at this price compared to its 5 year average p/e of 63.62. Currently trading less than it's growth rates Last Qtr vs Last Qtr yr ago, TTM vs TTM yr ago, last 5 yr eps growth, project next yr eps growth and project next 5 yr eps growth. Great sector to be in now. Managment isn't as bad as I have read since they are near the top of their industry in Operating Margin, EBITDA margin and Pretax Margin. Also they have a nice 2.5 billion dollar back log that should keep the revenue flowing for a few quarters.

Net Profit Margin 23.42% Return on Equity 22.53%. Solid growth, hot sector.

Low debt equity ratio. Good cash flow and good sector

These guys actually build drilling equipment, which I think is a great niche.

In combination with their contract services, I'm betting their very good revenues persist in the face of peak oil concerns, and oil demand realities.
