Radio Shack has not been proactive at all for a very long time. They're so behind the times, that they had a commercial during the Super Bowl making fun of themselves about how they haven't changed since the 80s. They will probably go bankrupt eventually.

Taking advantage of the 35% jump today to rate this underperform. The only saving grace -- and potential downside to this call -- that I see is someone coming along and acquiring RadioShack outright. Problem is, I don't think any organization is dumb enough to to do that.
RadioShack has:
** Declining revenue
** Declining comps (majorly so)
** Worsening margins
** Climbing debt (now above $600 million)
** Dwindling cash ($30.5 million, down from $179.8 million at the end of 2013)
** Increasingly negative cash flow production coupled with rising CapEx spending
What did I miss? And all this after a decent Super Bowl ad, too. Even a cash infusion to get these guys through the 2014 holiday can only prop up this wreck for so long.
I just don't see the light at the end of the tunnel for RadioShack. Underperform.
