My third to the well did 9%,20% last 2 times. IMHO this stock has horrible fundies to begin with hence why I believed it should be shorted. Now there are rulings and concerns on patent infringement? In short ITC Administrative Law Judge Paul Luckern had previously ruled that two of SiRF's global positioning systems patents were not infringed by Global Locate( bought by Broadcom in 2007).All in my understanding and humble opinion.
