Motley Fool Recommendation based on some purchases by outperforming small cap mutal funds. I just don't see it. Even if earnings fall by 2/3 next year, it's still attractivly priced (PE<8). high price/Book ratio. 88 year history of paying dividends. Div Yield is >5%. Limited downside from here.

when the economy rebounds, this stock will participate in the infrastructure sector and do reasonably well. Could have more downside in the short term as the auto insdustry is in a depressed state.
