Well managed. Recent growth reduction is a concern, but it is industry-wide.

I see a need for more data security, but VDSI does not seem to be delivering what the market wants. Cellphones and PDA's will need more security in both software and hardware solutions to keep info private and prevent hacking.

I like this industry going forward. The earnings let down last quarter beat the stock down. Cheap tech stock= Yummy

This stock has been punished horribly over the last year for no apparent reason.





At the current price I think it's a steal.





EPS growth projections are strong (over 25 each) , Good return on assets (32)...I say do it!
