i think the financials look decent on this stock. however, i have read some blogs on this stock. it seems they might have some law suits going forward and this could seriously hurt share prices going forward for sometime. also, i hear of price gouging from this company. also a negative for busi...More

I must admit living in Canada I don't know too much about these guys so I did a fair amount of reading on the internet and from fellow Fool's comments. What I do know is their financials are excellent. Clear indication of a well run company. The business model (drugs which will always be needed) seems sound. I will monitor how they're doing, but at this price, it seems a reasonable time to jump in. I won't reveal a target price in this instance, but here's a few numbers: Previous ten years: not one year of dropped EPS IRR & Relative Value to Government Bonds Bond Rate 5.00% Initial IRR 6.00% Price/share bonds $40.60 Result: Good IRR Liquidity L/T Debt $0 Repay years 0.00 Earnings $3,189 Result: Good Buy Share Buyback (last 10 years) Amount: 5400000 Result: Good Buy Returns (10 years) Average ROE 17.44% Result: Good Buy Average ROC 16.72% Result: Good Buy All this suggests buy :) Report this Post Replies: 0 \| Reply \| Permalink Oops!
