This is a real company, turning great profits, growing fast and sitting on a bunch of cash. The current PE does not reflect its growth.

The problems with international financing are going to hurt the attempt to roll out more silicon manufacture enabling solar panels. That means that WFR stands a good chance of enjoying its position in a narrow market far longer than previously expected. The only hang-up could be the potential for a company like Nanosolar, which makes spray on solar Panels and is ramping up, to crush the conventional panel makers and change the silicon demand dynamic.
