Satelite radio is a very good industry segment which has not yet come to maturity. I expect the company doing well in a long-term perspective.

Movement of car makers towards MP3 player integration and music servers on their car audio system as an option. Who needs radio when they have all the music they need on a hard drive.

Very short current ratio. Will need infusions of capital that'll dillute shareholder value with time.

Just as the GPS system and now Satellite Radio in the newer cars coming out. Satellite radio is definitely an emerging market. With the merger of these two companies, they will be a powerhouse in providing service in this sector. Sure its a depressed market in the current economy, but once we come out of our economic recesssion, we'll likely see this sector boom. A definite value pick.
