Recs 0 (AINV) basilisk333 (21.42) Submitted: 10/30/08 10:36 AM : Start Price: $12.30 AINV Score: -31.06 This is a solid "financial" stock with a high, dependable dividend -- 52 cents/share on a stock which has been trading in the neighborhood of $10-12/share during this recent market swoon. I originally purchased my stake at around $17/share, and have added to my position when AINV came down to $10.50/share. Even with the unreasonable $5/share loss on my original stake to date, I am still far outperforming the market during that time due to the excellent dividends. When everything else which has unfairly been beaten down due to the recent alleged "crisis" recovers, AINV will follow suit. This is a good long-term value stock due to its high dividends, but if you can pick it up between $10-12/share, I think you'll also make a nice profit on the shares themselves over the next 6 months to 2 years.
