They have zero debt, very good cash per share, a strong profit margin over 40 percent, a low p/e ratio at 13.31, low price/book, low price/free cash/share, strong ROI, and good corporate efficiency. Earnings are stable, and look to be growing albeit slowly. Some things to consider: their tax rate is only 16.5 percent, price/sales is high, management effectiveness is subpar, EPS growth rates have only been in the single digits for the past 1,3,and 5 years. I think CHKP will be a solid growth stock. They are already a big company with a healthy market cap, which will slow down growth. Solid company Internet security is a ever growing field. You will need to hold this stock for a while. But never buy a stock you wont hold for 10 years.
