CAPS Rating:
*

The Company is an online diet, fitness, and healthy living destination offering professional advice, information, products and services to those seeking to improve its health and longevity.

Rating a stock in CAPS consists of three components:

Your call - Will this stock outperform or underperform the S&P 500? Successful picks are measured in terms of whether or not you were correct and by how many percentage points.

Your time frame - A guideline for other members to see whether your thinking is short or long-term. Time frame is also used to calculate the stock rating, but is not used in the scoring of your pick.

Your pitch - Here's your chance to offer more detailed thoughts, analysis, concerns, or the rationale behind your call. The pitch is optional and may be added later.

Each time you rate a stock, CAPS updates the community intelligence for the company, which may or may not change its CAPS rating. For more information, visit the Help tab at the top of the page.

Sales for the past 3 years are flat, and an the current run-rate this year are actually falling. Gross profit is also flat to falling. As a result, the company has only made a meager net income 2 years ago, w/ the other 4 past years w/ losses (which includes how this year looks to be after the past 9 months' results).

Cash flows from operations are negative for the past 4 years (which includes the run-rate on the current year), and not improving. On top of that, they burn money in capex, which gives them negative free cash flows.

So what do they have to do?? Borrow money or issue more stock to suckers.

Even with all the equity issuances (which have now dried up, and forced them to borrown money instead), the company has no tangible equity... yet sports a $127 MM market cap. Its market cap is even 6x the company's entire asset base!

I get that there are a lot of fat people in the US, and that a lot of companies are making a boat-load o' cash from said corpulent individuals; however, this company apparently isn't one of them.

Can't find a thing I like about this company. Business concept? Weak. Profitable? Nope. Management? Per their website, of top five executives, only S/M has any industry experience.

Don't see how this will continue to outperform.

In other words, there is a No. 1 stock in CAPS and a worst-ranked stock in CAPS. When you arrive at the top-ranked stock, clicking "Beat this Stock!" will cause the page to refresh.

That is, until there is a new No. 1 stock!
