As a pharmacist I can tell you generic suppliers offer substantial discounts to pharmacies to use their products in preference to the Brands. Some of that is passed on to patients but a larger percent is retained by the pharmacy.

Recs 0 (FRX) hondo928 (99.84) Submitted: 8/26/08 12:29 PM : Start Price: $37.38 FRX Score: -5.25 I don't really have any Biotech exposure but Forest has a nice pipeline with a variety of drugs under review, for a variety of problems, I got drawn to them from Alzheimer's research but they are a nice big company that can compete with Astra Zenica and others. If you like me want some pharmaceutical exposure but don't want a hit or miss company I'd go with FRX. But then again I know NOTHING about Biotechs.
