I have down thumbed this little stub before and it seems like it has run significantly higher than its share price a few months ago. They are pretty short on cash, with a little less than $1MM left in the bank. Cash burn rate is about $1-1.5MM per quarter.
What’s interesting here, it looks like there’s a sizeable paid promotion going on. No idea if the company is involved or not, but someone is attempting to run this much higher. My wild guess is the company wants to sell more shares in the open market so is trying to draw some interest to the stock to get the best price possible. I could be wrong, but that’s certainly what it looks like.
Here is a small snippet from one the paid promotions:
“Technical Analysis:
ISNS's 20 - 50 Day MACD Oscillator, 20 Day Moving Average vs Price, and 7 Day Average Directional Indicator are all setting off 'BUY' signals.
ISNS is still trading in the bottom half of its 52-week price channel...
At $3.57 per share, ISNS is trading for more than a 44 percent discount from its 52-week high price of $6.39!
That's an upside of almost +79%!
Let's also not forget that ISNS has a float listed at .
Simply put, if this company sees a sudden increase of trade volume, then it could take off like a rocketship!
ISNS has the potential to be a huge winner in the short, medium and long-term.
We are urging all of our subscribers to pull up ISNS on your trading screen right now and keep it there for atleast the entirety of today's session.

The most recent 10-Q I am seeing is June 2016, and I am not sure that would contain any information on the paid promotion. And items like this never make me comfortable:
“On May 5, 2016, Econolite, our exclusive North American manufacturer and distributor, served a complaint on us for a lawsuit filed by Econolite in the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Orange. The complaint asserts claims against us under the Econolite Agreement for breach of contract and breach of implied covenant of good faith and seeks specific performance related to the transition of North American RTMS sales and marketing activities from Econolite to us in July 2014. In the complaint, Econolite requests damages from us in an amount to be proven at trial and certain other remedies. On May 27, 2016, we removed the case to the Federal District Court, District of Central California, where it is currently pending. We believe this suit is without merit, and we plan to vigorously defend against it. However, we cannot predict the outcome of this matter at this time or whether it will have a material adverse impact on our business prospects, financial condition, operating results or cash flow.”
I am mostly red thumbing this for the paid promotion, but there is enough here that I would have chosen it even without the promotion. Let’s see if I am right, and they come out and issue more stock shortly. I don’t expect this to go to zero soon, since they have a $5MM line of credit with a bank, but I should be able to get some easy points in the near term. Target 50 points or higher.
