The best Bull and Bear pitches based on recency and number of recommendations.
It seems like widespread corporate ownership of single family homes is a bad idea. We saw what happened with CDS's and bundling bad assets, what happens when the housing market dips again?

I expect the company to capitalize on the fallout of high unemployment (increased foreclosures, deteriorating credit scores, lack of qualified borrowers for mortgages, etc.) by purchasing distressed properties and renting them out. I also believe single family rental demand will increase as some who traditionally would live in multi-family rentals will be looking for more space and less density. Vast opportunities for growth in SFR market with low borrowing costs due to sustained low interest rates.
