Recs
Banks are benefiting from localized lending in small markets, mostly for construction and real estate lending. Seeing it happen in many of the worst areas, except Detroit.
Recs
Great fundamentals, but located in depressed area and very thinly traded. It's only hope is ( a) to sell to a larger bank, but for some reason seems reluctant to do so, or (b) get listed on one of the indices to create mutual fund interest.
