I can't imagine how this shadow company can last much longer off the OTC market. You don't have to look far to find bad recent examples of suspect Chinese companies, SDTH is a perfect example.
They highlight what's so horribly wrong with many small Chinese companies. Transparency is nonexistent and management cares little about anyone but themselves. Expect suits to be filed soon against APWR.
