This company has maintained its careful loan underwriting and has not engaged in sub-prime or other goofy lending. No zero downs, cash back to buyer etc... you need a solid downpayment. With that said their stability helps stablize the communities that they operate in.
Not to mention the four plus dividend yield and generous stock splits over the years.
