String leadership. Kemp + Adam London have a strong background and a great vision to do daily launches by 2025.

The reason their timeline is faster than their competition into space is because they make simpler rockets out of simpler materials. I think such a method has a lot of promise, much like Ford made a cheap, affordable car. However, a lot is unknown about this young company. Will it be drowned by the competition's technological advances? Rocket Lab has advantages, such as a much softer rocket ride (lighter, slower means less Gs for the cargo) but I believe both companies can make it, and Rocket Lab has other priorities besides satellite emancipation. Therefore, I have to think it will outperform over the next 5 years
Recs
They are 3 years behind Rocket Lab, 2 years behind Virgin Orbit, and have not successfully made it to orbit yet. The management of the company is good but their is lack of engineering prowess. The prospectus has lofty 5 year projections based on zero successful launches. At the end of 2020 they reduced their staff by 20% to cut costs and this SPAC launch seems like a last ditch effort to avoid insolvency. Yes they got a rocket developed faster than other companies but I would not call it successful yet.
I expect they will have to do capitals raises to keep funds coming in over the years while Rocket Lab is launching larger and reusable vehicles and Virgin Orbit is taking their mobile customers.
