Asyst Technologies has pretty much been hammered since it reported less than stellar quarterly results in late October. They lowered yearly earnings estimates by about 20 cents per share but they did speak to a much more profitable second half of the fiscal year. Asyst is now spiraling downward, trading at just 1.8 times book, and 5.8 times future earnings which is definitely buyable. I don't foresee how their expenditures could actually get worse than what they reported in late October. Flat panel business appears strong and the semiconductor side usually begins to see some life around this time of year. Historically good support in the $2.50-3.00 range. Most signs point higher here.
